The ROTOTEST Energy NVH range of dynamometers gives you flexibility in designing new facilities or retrofitting existing ones.

ROTOTEST in NVH applications

A substantial cost saving feature of the ROTOTEST system is its above ground, floating installation meaning that it only requires a hard, flat floor to be installed. This gives huge cost saving in design and construction of the semi-anechoic chamber used in NVH applications thanks to the elimination of the basement and necessary ground works normally associated with installation of traditional dynamometers.
With a noise reducing electrical control, together with a decoupled mechanical design, the ROTOTEST Energy system delivers a low noise environment optimized to reduce air borne as well as torsional noise produced by the dynamometers. The lack of tires and its accompanying wide band noise further provides a testing environment suitable for component integrations studies and development.
